Jingguang rotary filling machine is divided into two stages for filling. The filling is free of splash, the oil collection is free of drip, and the nozzle is equipped with an anti drip system. Each filling valve is equipped with a small piston driven by an independent small cylinder. When filling is completed, the small cylinder drives the small piston to retract to generate vacuum, and the residual liquid on the filling nozzle is sucked into the small piston cylinder for temporary storage. When the filling valve is opened next time, the small cylinder drives the small piston to extend, and the residual liquid is put back into the bottle.
At the same time, there is a void hole in the middle of the weighing platform. Even if the machine is shut down for a long time, the residual liquid from the filling nozzle will also pass through the void hole when dripping, so as to prevent the bottle bottom from being polluted. When the filling head detects filling deviation or bottle squeezing, the weighing sensor detects the abnormality that the weight increase speed does not match the flow rate, and the filling machine alarms and shuts down to prevent the broken bottle from flowing to the next process.
